Origin & Detail

This neckpiece is inspired by one of the earliest depictions of Gajalakshmi on an Indo-Scythian silver coin. The form carries ideas of wealth, splendour, abundance, and endurance across time.

What makes the piece special is the way it lets an old symbol remain legible without becoming museum-like. It still feels intimate, wearable, and alive.

Source note: Inspired by an Indo-Scythian silver coin associated with Gajalakshmi imagery.
